Bundt of the Month Baking Workshop

Nordic Ware and Bake from Scratch magazine are excited to present the 2021 Bundt of the Month club, which now includes quarterly virtual workshops! Brian Hart Hoffman, editor-in-chief of Bake from Scratch, will teach each one-hour class and demonstrate two amazing Bundt recipes, including Bundtology tips and tricks to ensure your Bundts bake beautifully every time. Brian will be joined by Jennifer Dalquist, a third-generation leader of Nordic Ware, to answer all of your questions about how they make their gorgeous Bundt pans.

An ode to the morning classic, The Cinnamon Roll Bundt takes soft and sticky cinnamon rolls to the next level. Showing off the exciting versatility of the Bundt pan, traditional cake batter is swapped out for layers of yeast-leavened sweet dough in this stunning changeup.
